Maker is an interior and decor shop offering a mix of antique and vintage pieces combined with newly made objet and art from local artisans. Here you will always find something unique, well made and authentic. While aesthetics form an integral part of the business, the core focus is on restoring or rejuvenating old pieces and celebrating South African creativity.

We offer a multi-disciplinary approach to design with expertise in digital design, physical fabrication.

The maker team offers a wide array of skills and abilities – not only are we design literate with over 20 years’ experience working in a variety of architecture, graphic design and media related industries but are both knowledgeable and adept at a number of practical applications.
