We have restaurantsoffering delectable menus and wine tastings in spectacular settings; we have beautiful drives along the wild and majestic Cape Whale Coast where each night you have front row seats to stunning sunsets; and of course we have the romantic river walk right on our doorstep with the Klein River Mountains as a backdrop.

It is for this reason that many couples choose Stanford for their wedding. Nestled among great oak trees, or overlooking peaceful valleys are some of the most unique and intimate venues that cater to every need if you are looking to tie the knot. It’s no surprise that most couples choose to make their wedding a whole weekend-long celebration with their family and loved ones.

On that note, perhaps I should tell you a little bit more about the birds and the bees… The Walker Bay Bird Fair is happening 25 February – 1 March!
